About 363
Each year, various organizations put together programs for Thanksgiving and Christmas to help feed, clothe and take care of those less fortunate. There is a remarkable amount of time, energy and money that goes into these programs. An honest question, pondered by those who participate is; what happens the other 363 days of the year?
363 was established with the other days in mind. Our starting goal is to help feed 150 homeless people in Minneapolis as many times a year as possible, with the ultimate goal of doing it everyday of the year.
Make a Difference
If you're visiting our website, it's safe to assume that you have the luxury of internet, a computer, a comfortable life style, disposable income, usable talents, and intelligence. Have you ever wondered how you could make a difference in the world, but perhaps don't have as much time as you'd like? An act of kindness need not be a huge one to make a difference. We have a way you can help with just a small amount of time and a small amount of money that will make a big difference. A journey of a thousand miles begins with just one step, and we can get you started.
Anonymity
"...when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing."
363 is a grass roots organization built on anonymous donations of time, talent and treasures. All donations are given and used with the purpose of feeding those less fortunate.
Mr. Law
Allan Law (Mr. Law), a retired Minneapolis school teacher, has fed and will continue to feed 500 people EVERY day of the year. These people are families, individuals, homeless men and women who are sheltered at Harbor Light Safe Bay and Catholic Charities as well as people who live totally outdoors. Mr. Law is and always will be our inspiration behind this project. He has won several awards for his service to our community including the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Gold Medallion of Service.
Mission : Feed 150+

How much Time and Money?
It is easier to feed 150 people than you might think. It simply takes 1 trip to a local grocery store, purchasing the food, and then preparing 150 sandwiches. Six people can prepare the sandwiches in about 30 minutes. The total cost would be no more than $80-$90 total. Such a small thing, but it will end up feeding 150 people who need it the most in Minneapolis. click here for simple instructions.
